Mosaic Driveway - How To?

Looking for more unique driveway ideas? Found this artful mosaic focal point in Pinellas County, Florida. It looks like some creative soul put a lot of effort into this, as if he had extra tile from the foyer left over and tried it out on the driveway. I don't think it's too practical for a cold climate, but it obviously works in a Caribbean climate.

Notice how the reds in the bush are reflected in the shiny stones.  Does anyway know how this was applied? It is very cool!
